About Me

My background as a professional in the Food Service and Restaurant Management industries, I have over 25 years of experience penetrating difficult markets and boosting profits for my clients. I thrive in situations that allow me to scrutinize and develop long-lasting solutions within a team atmosphere. In real estate,  the team members include lenders, appraisers, inspectors, etc., all working for the best interests of the client. My strengths lie in my ability to motivate a team towards a common goal.  I've made it a point of pride over the years to ensure the highest rates of customer satisfaction and building relationships that smooth the way for repeat business opportunities. Additionally, I always seek new ways to communicate effectively with my customers and clients to pinpoint their specific needs and wants and facilitate the fulfillment of these requests.

My Credentials

• Attended Carson Newman University, Jefferson City, Tennessee, working in Music Education.
• Spent over 20 years serving in church music as choral director and providing a full graded choir program.
• Native of East Tennessee.
• Grew up in Maryville Tennessee on a dairy farm and still live on the farm today, however,  no cows today.
• After retirement I feel like I want to continue to work and hence my career with Wallace Realty!
